Green Hat Tester Group @ LinkedIn

I am an active user of LinkedIn, it helps me share information and connect to the people with similar interests and expertise technology wise. I have started couple of groups on LinkedIn and managing them for a quite a long time now.

One such group is "Green Hat Tester" on LinkedIn, which has been a huge success ever since it was started. This group currently has around 400 Professionals who are interested and worked on SOA Testing Solutions, this group is one of the fastest growing groups and I usually get more than 20 new requests to join every week. This group has become one of the platforms for answering questions or issues related to GH Tester apart from the official forums and blogs from Green Hat.

Java One and Oracle Develop Conference India - 2012

On May 3rd and 4th , I have attended the Java One and Oracle Develop Conference - 2012 at Novotel HICC ( Hyderabad International Convention Center). It was a big Jam packed conference with all the Java enthusiasts, developers, evangelists under one roof.

The place where the main event took place was really of international standards! The below picture describes what I mean..

I have really liked the conference the way the sessions were organized and presented. However, due to the large crowd there was a big confusion and chaos all across the conference. Running for the sessions on time was a big challenge as there were multiple sessions happening at the same time in different rooms under Java One and Oracle Develop Streams. Choosing the right session was challenging.
